    • Abstract.

    The problem of citation objectivity is considered as a part of the general problemof creating scientific information environment. Examples confirming the importance of thisproblem are given. It is shown that the lack of objectivity in citation is related not only to thelanguage barrier but also to certain subjective considerations.
